Booking.com sometimes blocks or hides URLs shared in its email, including those on your Sunver Web App. Don't panic! This blockage can be removed in a few minutes thanks to a simple configuration. Once adjusted, your links will be accessible to your customers without restrictions, guaranteeing a smooth and optimal experience. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue quickly.
💡 Good to know: This setup needs to be done for each property you manage on Booking.com.
1. Log in to your Booking.com Extranet.
2. Go to the Institution tab, then select Message Preferences.
1. Click on Security Settings.
2. In the Your Approved Links section, click Add Link.
1. A pop-up window will open. Enter the following URL: sunver.com.
2. Click on Add link.
Your Sunver Web App links will now be approved for this establishment, ensuring a smooth experience for your customers.
