4. Financial conditions
The prices of the services are expressed in euros and excluding taxes. Sunver offers various subscription plans, each with detailed specifications available upon subscription.
5. User Obligations
Users undertake not to use the services for illicit purposes, to respect the intellectual property rights of Sunver and third parties, and not to interfere with the use of the service for other users.
6. Intellectual property
Sunver owns all intellectual property rights relating to the services and their content. Any unauthorized use of the elements of the platform may lead to prosecution.
7. Confidentiality and Personal Data
Sunver is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data collected, in accordance with its privacy policy. The data collected is used only in the context of offering Sunver's services.
8. Limitations of Liability
Sunver cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond its control. Sunver's liability is limited to direct damage proven by the user.

10. General provisions
These CGU/CGV constitute the entire agreement between Sunver and the users concerning the use of the services.
