Google reviews play a key role in the credibility and visibility of your establishment. A Google Review link is a direct link that takes your customers to the page to leave a review. By removing intermediate steps, this connection reduces friction and encourages more customers to share their experience.
Studies show that customers are 40% more likely to leave a review when they receive a direct link. With Sunver, you can integrate this link into your web app to maximize your positive reviews while managing negative feedback internally.
With Sunver, you collect customer reviews intelligently:
- Negative reviews: They are collected internally, allowing you to manage feedback without compromising your public image.
- Positive reviews: Customers are automatically redirected to your Google Review link, increasing your public reviews and improving your SEO.
